This woman is a genius. She learned a simple trick from a famous restaurant to cook amazing ribs. Start by boiling the ribs in hot water for 2 minutes. Then flip them and cook for two more minutes. After cooking, take the ribs out and cut them into individual pieces. Coat each rib piece well in flour. Then fry them in hot oil until they turn golden brown on all sides. Once fried, remove the ribs and set aside. In the same pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté two sliced onions until golden. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika, mixing well. Return the ribs to the pan, spread them over the onions, and add fresh rosemary for extra flavor. Pour 20 tablesp of beer over the ribs. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes. Then uncover, add tomato sauce, and cook for another 20 minutes covered. Finish with fresh cilantro. The ribs are delicious, flavorful, and ready to impress everyone.
