Aiming for 1200-1500 daily, averaged out over the week.
Is this anywhere near 1200? Nah. But not every day is a 10, and honesty and transparency are important.
I knew I wanted to have a few drinks tonight, so I pre-logged them and planned around them with a large brunch. Not enough, apparently, as I wanted snacks, as you do.
Damn you, beautiful summer nights.
Even with this excess, I remain within my weekly target.
And, for me, this is considerably more intentional than it would have been previously.
I've come to realize that I'm likely better-suited for r/1500isplenty, as this is the top end of my target.
