Here lies Torchbearer Garlic Reaper –
8.7/10
I first met this sauce at my local ACE Hardware store. I purposefully hunted this one down because of the heavily recommended consistency by this sub. At the ACE store, there was a young goth lady who said "oh you're one of THOSE people" when she rang me up. I didn't know whether to be embarrassed or proud, but honestly I was a little bit of both. Maybe she knew the groove of this sauce, and was warning me of the burn to come. Let's get into the review!
REVIEW: Straight away, I knew this sauce was delicious, hot, and unique. I had heard tale of the heat level from this one several times over on this sub, and yet, I was foolish. The first few bites deceive you. I put a few drops on my breakfast burrito, and thought it was absolutely incredible flavor, and scoffed at the lesser men who thought this was intense heat. Boy, was I wrong. I put more, a dribble, om nom nom. Around bite 5 or 6 is when the panic set in. My flight or sight response was activated. Oh damn, this sauce IS hot! This sauce isn't a creeper, it's full blown STALKER. It took me a while to actually get through the whole bottle. I have a system where i go through a whole bottle (at work) before I start a new one. I just couldn't do that with this sauce. I had this in my mini fridge for like 5 months, slowly chewing through it when I wanted to feel alive. Heat aside, this one is really tasty. If this sauce was a circus, the garlic would be the Ringmaster. The peppers would be the magical flipping trapeze artists, and the mustard would be the bearded lady. (Don't ask me to explain, because I won't) … Overall, I see why spice rats love this sauce. The creator did a deal with the devil for this. "Make it addictive, and make their insides turn to lava" he said. When you're done reading this review, get off your booty, go get this sauce, and find out for yourself. Rest in Peace, Spicy Prince.
Feel free to recommend your favorite Torchbearer sauce, suggest other sauces that'll melt your face off, or tell us your experience with this one!

Glad you enjoyed that one. It was certainly the hottest sauce I tried up to that point.
Their Zombie Apocalypse is great as well, one step down in heat, but great ghost pepper flavor. Has a similar consistency as well.
Sweet Onion Habanero and Slaughter Sauce are great for milder options from them.
Headless Horseradish is tasty but not a super strong horseradish flavor. Honey Badger is excellent and quite hot as well with some sweetness in the mix and a stronger mustard element.
The Rapture is even hotter and has super fruity pepper flavor, almost reminded me of cherry flavors though there are none in it.
My bottle of their new Hot Ones sauce Sucker Punch just arrived yesterday but I’m going to be out of town for a bit starting next week so that one will have to wait until I return.
Hi ho hi ho it’s off to Ace I go!
Quality content!!
I expected a fun garlic hot sauce to use casually when I bought mine. I…did not have that much casual fun.
I’m surprised people dont put a little water and shake the bottle to get every last bit out. Looks like enough in there to make a bowl of soup happier.
I just drove to Ace because of this post and made a very small (I’m on a 6 x 275 calorie per day meal nutrition plan, have lost 30 pounds so far) brown rice, chicken, and cheese burrito bowl with about 20 small strategically placed drops drop of Garlic Reaper.
Shits starting to get real. Eyes are watering a bit, I’m sweating, watery snot drip. I regret nothing.
Flavor was amazing. I’ll survive but this stuff is not to be disrespected when it comes to quantity.
I also picked up a Torch Bearer Son of Zombie, Danny Wood’s Jalepeño Cilantro, and a General’s Danger Close. It’s going to be a delightful day of fat-shredding eats!
Love the Mushroom Mayhem, fraction of the heat but a perfect burger sauce.
For good heat, try Karma, Scorpion Disco for a scorpion pepper heavy sauce a level above GR, and Ashes2Ashes for 63% 7-pot primo and another step up heat wise but great flavor.
Still haven’t opened my Reaper Mayhem or Crazy bastard 50% Reaper or 50% Scorpion sauces (their 50% naga is nice but not very hot)
