Garbage/Recycling Trucks are a service: they take your stuff to an actual processing plant…
You also can do the same thing. Especially with Recylcling & Compost if you are on the West coast.
The dumpsters are made to be used by them. I wouldn’t take things out: it’s gonna stink either way. But I’m talking about the overflow.. not dealing with it will lead to tremendous pest issues that won’t go away when it’s gone. Often just keeping cleaner than your neighbors trash issues will help you: but restaurant waste is the bigger pest bait than other places.
Owner needs a plan or to hire contractors aka HAULING crews to do dump runs. They will want hazard pay but that’s the game.
Letting it pile up with a ‘well what can we do?’ Helplessness is common, but totally pointless.
Wish you the best: hope you have an owner worth something and not one you belongs in those dumpsters.

You’re doing it wrong. You burn the trash so the place gets a nice Smokey smell and turns into stars.
Looks like my neighborhood here in MA. These strikes are gonna get ugly.
Our bin yard always looks like this. The collectors aren’t on strike, they just don’t collect the bins.
