After countless hours picking nearly 20 cups of wild black cap raspberries, I made a large batch of jam from them this morning.

You kept the seeds in huh? Have you made it like this before? I find blackcap seeds way more annoying and yucky than, say, raspberries. I ask this because I just bought 8 half pints of blackcaps, took the seeds out, and ended up with six half pints of jam. And one didn’t seal. Durn.
Kudos to you, btw, for picking all of them berries. A heroic effort!
