I don’t know about Knackwurst on a sandwich. Feels like it’d slip out easily if you don’t cut it up in small chunks.

Generally when it comes to pastrami, I am a purist. Adding the knockwurst and swiss cheese would be something I would absolutely be willing to try. Thanks
