    I got pretty low yields from tiger’s eye but I think it could be something I did wrong

    Beans, gemstones of the garden! Has anyone ever cooked Tigers eye? Have you cooked them yet? I used to grow them but never tried cooking them. Wondering what the taste and texture profile is like.
