Been meal prepping for a good while now and finally posting a typical weekly prep!
Meal one is pesto + spinach pasta with herby grilled chicken.
Meal two is a slow cooked pork shoulder chilli + King Edward potatoes as wedges or rice as a carb.

Do you freeze or keep in fridge
Ingredients Used:
Meal 1 – Green Pesto, Spinach, Pasta (Spirali), Chicken, Mixed Herbs (Marjoram, Basil, Thyme , Oregano & Mushroom Seasoning Powder), Olive Oil.
Meal 2 – Pork Shoulder, Onions, Garlic, Canned Tomatoes, Chipotle Paste, Tomato Paste, Pork Broth, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Coriander (Cilantro), Limes, Pickled Radishes, Worcestershire Sauce, Spices (Chilli Powder, Paprika, Cumin, Tumeric, Cayenne Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary, Liquid Smoke, Bay Leaves & Mushroom Seasoning Powder).
P.S – Mushroom Seasoning Powder is incredible 🍄
