    just a suggestion, it’s super easy to make your own dressing! you just use olive oil, vinegar, S&P, and you can play around and add stuff like lemon juice or yogurt. It ends up coming out way better for you!!

    Great stuff! It’s that much more of an achievement to get in shape post partum. The tiredness, the lack of time, the constant demands from your new tiny human. It’s so tough but absolutely can be done. Well done and good luck! X
