    BF’s Birthday Dinner inspired by Syd’s scallop dish from the Bear.

    Scallops w/ orange & ginger foam butter. Rack of lamb w/ pistachio & orange gremalata. Roasted garlic couscous, and green beans

    Foam didn’t turn out like I wanted it. But lesson learned for next time! Everything was still delicious 😋
