    I slacked on making these for the last year. Still got a good fruit intake, but probably only about 50% of what I’d have without prepping. And wouldn’t you know it – I came down with a cold a few weeks ago, and a clusterfuck of inflammation this week .. I’m over it. Time to get back on the grind. I’m on a weight loss journey, so that’s my first goal, but I’m also a huge believer in eating the rainbow to make sure you get a good mix of all vitamins and minerals. This is just a small part of what I do each week to help myself hit that goal.
