110 calls per 56 grams ( regular pasta is 200 per 56 grams). I also have been trying to branch out my meals and recently have been doing veggies ( usually frozen pepper mix, Spanish and mushrooms), pasta and random sauces (Thai peanut sauce, butter Parmesan, Alfredo etc.) . Will occasionally add meat

Carbe diem is my life
I cannot live without it
It’s so good it’s basically the exact same as pasta
Just drink lots of water on days you eat this. It tastes amazing but also has an incredible amount of fiber.
I love this stuff, you just have to cook it a little longer than regular pasta.
I made macaroni salad with the elbow noodles and no one had a clue it was low calorie.
How does it taste? Because I just tried zen pasta and I have had to manually pull each bit out of my dish since it was like eating chalk
Favorite lower carb pasta, easily — they occasionally go bogo at Publix so I stock up then
It will make you fart and very bloated
I just eat spaghetti squash or soma noodles.
I can never find these. May have to try Walmart. Are they better than the barilla protein plus pasta?
I’ve heard about this. It’s supposed to be really good! But expensive 😳
Does anyone know how they compare to fiber gourmet?
I have some of this in my cupboard to make pasta salad with using my low fat Italian dressing. The rotini kind. I’m excited to try it!
Love both Carbe Diem and Fiber Gourmet
I really want to try but it’s not at any of my local grocery stores!
This was on sale at Publix and I bought like 3 boxes. It’s pretty good, which I didn’t think it would be given it being on sale.
Main ingredient is modified wheat starch. Not a very good ingredient to eat every week. I just stick with my chickpea pasta.
Bought this recently. It tastes ok, but not as good as regular pasta.
In my opinion the fettuccine (for a long noodle) and rotini (for a smaller shell) are MUCH better than the other varieties.
How many servings per package?
I finally ordered this stuff and it is AMAZing
Wonderful pasta without the falling asleep 30 mins later
