Stuffed grape leaves, also known as Dolma, are one of the most beloved traditional dishes in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
In this video, I’m cooking Dolma the rustic way — outdoors, surrounded by nature, just like our grandmothers used to do.
The aroma, the flavor, and the calm of the countryside make this recipe even more special.
Try it once, and you’ll fall in love!

Fresh grape leaves
2 cup rice
1 cup split peas
2 onion (finely chopped)
