Healthy Almond Flour Lemon Bars

These lemon bars are the best of both worlds 🌎 They are gluten free, have a dairy free option, & refined sugar free! They are absolutely delicious and you’d never know that they are secretly healthy 😉🍋

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:
For the crust:
3/4 cup organic almond flour
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
3 tbsp grass fed butter (or organic coconut oil if dairy free)
1/4 cup powdered monk fruit

For the filling:
3 large organic eggs 🥚
1/4 cup monk fruit
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 🍋
Zest of one lemon 🍋
