Now that life feels less hectic, I decided it’s time to get back to roughly the weight I was this time last year. Since then I’ve started various medication which has significantly increased my appetite, gone on some holidays where I ate way too much, and also got back on Testosterone which, again, increases my appetite.

My plan is to walk at least 30-60 minutes per day, eat 1200 cals a day, and drink plenty of water. Looking forward to seeing where I end up in 6-12 months time!

I’m making this post to keep myself accountable, because god knows I need that little push to kickstart my journey. I’m eventually going to get myself to the gym, but that’s too scary right now.
