Vegetarian Recipe – Falafel Wrap with Tahini Sauce by What Shall I Cook

🧆 Ingredients
For the Wrap:
• 1 large flatbread or pita
• 5 falafels (store-bought or homemade)
• 5 slices avocado (optional)
• Small handful of fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, mint)
• ½ lime, juiced
• Sriracha or chili sauce (to taste)

For the Tahini Sauce:
• 75 ml natural yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
• ½ tbsp tahini
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 1 small garlic clove, minced
• Pinch of ground cumin
• Salt, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Tahini Sauce
• In a small bowl, mix yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt.
• Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
2. Warm the Flatbread
• Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
• Warm the flatbread for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
3. Assemble the Wrap
• Spread tahini sauce generously over the flatbread.
• Add falafels, avocado slices, and fresh herbs.
• Squeeze over lime juice and drizzle with chili sauce if desired.
4. Wrap & Serve
• Roll up the flatbread tightly and serve warm.
