shrimp pobo, y’all. Let’s get it. So, the first thing we going to do, we going to get our shrimp into a bowl, then we going to rain on them with that Cajun seasoning, y’all. Once we get all that good Cajun seasoning all over that shrimp, we going to hit it with a/4 cup of hot sauce. Now, I’m using Crystal Hot sauce, but you can use whatever hot sauce you like, but I recommend a hot sauce that has more vinegar. Yeah. Then we’re going to get them into our seasoned flour cornmeal mix. Give it a shake. And straight into that oil, y’all. Straight into that oil. 350°, of course. Now, these shrimp shouldn’t have to cook no more than 3 to 4 minutes. Once they float, get them on out. And we ready to build our sandwich, y’all. We ready to build our sandwich. So, first thing we need to do is going to make our sauce, which is a tablespoon of mustard. Now, I’m using whole grain, 2 tablebspoon of mayonnaise, and a couple of dashes of hot sauce. Now, we going to give that a mix. Then, we’re going to remove some of that bread out of the middle of that hogy roll just for that meat to bread ratio to be right there. Then we’re going to get our sauce on both sides of that bread, y’all. Both sides of that bread. Lettuce, tomato. Then we going to load it up with shrimp. Yeah. Make sure you put you plenty of shrimp on there. You want to taste them shrimp. Yeah. This a shrimp pobo after all. Go ahead and close up that sandwich. And you already know what’s next. We going to cut it in half and we going to get us a taste of this poboy, y’all. And guess what? It was so tasty. So tasty, y’all. But anyway, love, peace, and keep it grilling, y’all. See you.
