My father in law gave me this case of wine and says it’s exquisite, simply the best producer in Spain?

Can I get anything from resale? Will it age well? Thinking of maybe buying a cellar fridge

  1. it’s worth the price of the containers.

I imagine the best use for it is in Sangria or Kalimotxo.

  2. It is very cheap supermarket wine, about 2 euro a litre. If this is a joke then I like it 😅

Box of this, box of broth, baby, you’ve got a stew going

Your father in law has a brilliant sense of humour

Much easier to stack than bottles, so the geometry itself is priceless

  7. The only slight improvement to this would have been a token plastic bottle of Don Simon Sangria to add a sense of the producer’s range.

    Otherwise, top tier work. Bravo.

Sadly without being able to verify how it was stored it’s basically worthless, best off drinking and ‘enjoying’

Good for 30+ years of aging in the box, something special to leave behind for your children

A old man who loves drinking it told me that decanting it shows a whole other wine.

It can be bought for €3 a carton… so no, it’s not. I’d imagine it would be used for wine cocktails like Sangria.

If he likes it then that’s good, but he’s either screwing with you or he has simple taste – I call it alcoholic fruit punch because that’s mostly what it’s used for 😂

  12. Don Simon does some Packer level products in 750 mL. This seem like a bigger version of that.
