In Atlanta this weekend and came across a tinned fish wine bar and cafe called Larkim. They had a variety of sardines, anchovies, clams, scallops, etc. The pricing was a bit steep, but I felt like it was worth using my wallet on such a nice day. They warmed up my choice and included bread, some pickles, butter.
The Jose Gourmet sardines in butter were super delicious with a squeeze of lemon. It was four lovely fillets, and it tasted super fatty without being overly oily. The texture was medium firm (im pulling this term lightly because im not a tinned fish professional) The bones were also super melt in the mouth. The butter was slightly smokey and scrumptious — i definitely used that bread to sop up every last drop. Recommend if you like a light tasting tin

Price: $16 for the tin (though I looked it up and it was cheaper online, roughly $11) + $4 for the sides
Just for clarity, it’s [Larakin](https://www.larakinwineandcoffee.com/), and it’s mighty nice.
