Recipe:
– 3 lbs broccoli rabe sausage
– 3 large onions sliced
– evoo
– salt & pepper to taste
– shredded mozzarella
– shredded provolone on top

Alrighty. So, I’m going to surprise M. He loves this broccoli wrap sausage from Shopy. Let me tell you something. They make it in the butcher section. It is delicious. It’s uh pork sausage with broccoli rob and it’s the best. We love sausage. So, this is a simple, easy thing cuz we have to run out tonight. So, I’m going to throw it in the oven. It’s a quick meal. So, look what I’m going to do. I’m going to show you. So, alls I’m doing is slicing it open so it cooks evenly better. And and then I’m going to still close it even though I’m slicing it open. So, look at that. Easy peasy. Slice open, close. Okay, I’m going to show you guys now what I’m doing. So, the only ingredients I have is broccoli rub sausage, sliced onions, bono olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Now, does it get easier than that? Absolutely not. So, look. We’re going to put this in here. We’re going to put our sausage on here. Yeah, I’m using the disposable tray tonight. Don’t Don’t uh hate on me. Not in the mood. Summer time, so our yard’s not ready yet. All right, throw these on the grill. But we’re going to have a lot of content with our yard, too, once that’s ready. Okay, so we’re going to put this in here. I’m going to cut up all the sausage, but I’m just going to show you. Look, we’re going to do onions on top and we’re going to roast this in the oven. We’re going to cook it in the oven at 375 for about an hour. I’ll let you know for sure. We’ll be back. Could you believe I forgot to tell you how I finish it off? So, I finished cut my sausage. I put my onions in here. Now, I drizzle a little bit of olive oil on top. Just a little bit. And we do salt and pepper to taste. That’s it. Easy peasy. So, this is ready to go in the oven. Salt, pepper. It’s beautiful. I got to refill my pepper. And we got a delicious loaf of Italian bread. Wait until you see the sandwich I’m going to make for my love. Okay. So, I’m taking the inside out of the bread. Okay. And now look at this. So I’m making the sandwiches. I sliced these open again. I’m going to make one to show you how I do this. Look at this beautiness. Look at this. Beautiful. So we’re putting the onions. Okay. So then this is uh shredded mutz and shredded um oopsie. Shredded palm. Provolone. Provolone. Shredded pro uh proolone and shredded muts. Look at that sandwich. Now, I’m going to do these all the same. And I’m going to put them under the broiler for five minutes. Going in. Broil for 5 minutes. Look at that. We’re going to let Mao taste now. Yummy. Yummy. Okay. And this is my 3minut corn. No salt, no butter, no nothing. Hot water. And that’s it. I’m going to set my timer for 3 minutes. It’s delicious, crispy, and it’s wonderful. Okay, my love, are you excited? I am. Look at his face. Really? Happy. Really wanted this. Eat over the dish. Oh, you hear that crunch. Very good. Just what the belly wanted. Delicious. Isn’t that sausage delicious? It really is. This is what the broccoli do sausage from Shopright. Very nice. And I got his corn on the cob and it’s a meal. That’s all you need. That’s right. My boy Biscotti. He’s recovering. All right. Mao’s going to enjoy. Have a good night, everyone. with Zambia.

  2. OMG. I will be using a different sausage but I'm making this. What a gorgeous recipe. I'm loading the bun with sausage cheese and maybe some tomatoes. Love the onions. Brilliant recipe. Corn looks awesome.
