450g Cod
1 can of Coconut milk (full fat)
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
10g ginger
10g garlic
1/2 onion
2 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
2/3 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp turmeric
Handful of cilantro
135g white rice
Instructions
It’s easy bro just salt and pepper fish after u pat dry
Add 1/3 tbsp olive oil and your veg then the coconut milk stock brown sugar and fish sauce. Let simmer now taste add cayenne for more heat turmeric and taste again
Now when you add the fish don’t boil it try to keep to a very low simmer and cook gently around 150 F temp of stock fish will be done in about 12m add cilantro and serve
