    Sunday prep is for our breakfast, lunches, snacks, and Sunday-Tuesday dinners. – This prep took me 4 hours start to finish. Here and there I’ll break to drink water and check off my to-do list.

    Wednesday’s prep is lunches and dinners for Wednesday – Saturday. This prep took me 3 hours.

    Sunday’s prep included

    * [Granola bars ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVy_uHZ8s-g)- First time making. I liked them a lot. Boyfriend said he liked how “oaty” they were and how they tasted homemade lol. Topped with almonds, dried cranberries, and chocolate drizzle.
    * [Vanilla bean custard ice cream](https://archive.ph/siWtg), [salted caramel](https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/homemade-salted-caramel-recipe/), and oat crumble to go with grilled peaches (actually pan seared them instead)
    * Breakfast burritos was made from pulled pork I made for the 4th. Probably our favorite breakfast burrito we’ve ever had. (Which says a lot if you’re familiar with my big breakfast burrito post I made months back lol)
    * Freshly squeezed lemonade
    * Lettuce for lettuce wraps for me. Sandwich bread to pack boyfriend’s lunches for work
