I was debating posting this bc this wasn’t one of the prettier meals, but oh my god is this delicious. The portion was generous and the way the ranch steak was prepared and seasoned made it taste soooo much better than any other recipe with ranch steak I’ve ever had before.
I had seen in cooking shows that adding corn starch to meat can make it so much more tender, and I was skeptical until I tried it with this recipe. I’m 100% a believer now. It tasted straight out of a restaurant with a more expensive cut of meat.
10/10 absolutely recommend.
(Also as a regrettably die-hard rice lover, I’m so happy with the portion of rice they provided)
