This is gonna sound a bit harsh, but I don’t like any of it. Looks like someone trying to emulate what fine dining looked like 15 years ago.

The salad, the scallop dish, and the chocolate mouse?

All looks outstanding.

4 and 6 look best to me. No critiques on those. Most others look good too, but can nitpick on them (though it’s potentially the lighting/angle on a couple of them)

Love the scallops.

The first, and last.

I love 4, 6, and 8 the best, but they are all pretty!

To be honest, none of them look very appealing. The tan smear in the last photo is especially unappetizing.
I’m gonna be kind of blunt.
A lot of the dishes have a green-brown color that clashes with the vibrant edible flowers. The flowers aren’t adding anything.
In most dishes, the various components are piled in an amorphous shape. They’d look better if they were more spread out.
I like that you’re thinking creatively. But, for food you’re serving to others, I would stick with simpler platings. Simple can be beautiful and sophisticated.

One. Maybe four. Too much going on. Post this on chefit to get some critique if that’s what you’re looking for.

1, 4, and 5 imo

If I’m being honest, the dishes all look a bit over worked and too “heavy”. There just seems to be too many components to each dish. Edit.

The whole menu!
