One of my mates and I used to buy a polystyrene box of chips for lunch at university. The chips place had a bunch of sauce and salt you could add yourself. But if you just put on top, but the time you reach the bottom the chips are bland. So you turn the box upside down. Put sauce and salt on the bottom. Turn it round, then sauce and salt on top.
