Last fall, I went to the “From Pirates to Prom” punch making class at Punch House in Pilsen. It was awesome, so much fun and I learned a ton.

Here’s my question: Is there anyone else that’s gone to this who remembers the recipe for the punch we made? I remember oleo saccharum, cognac (I think), rum (I think), tea, sparkling wine… but I know I’m missing some ingredients. I also remember the 1, 2, 3, 4 parts formula for sour, sweet, strong, weak.
