If you've been to Germany you know the street food is not german, it's Turkish Doner's. I don't have a big spit to shave off of so I used shaved beef. Doner spices on the meat with olive oil over night, Toum(will give recipe), lettuce, cucumber, onion, sliced banana peppers. Closest I could do to Doner bread was Na'an.
