It’s Tzatziki! That’s all!

Delicious ziki sauce in under one minute. Begin by peeling, removing the seeds, then grating one whole English cucumber. Strain the cucumber guts with a cheesecloth. Add one and 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt. One and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt. A touch of black pepper, two teaspoons of minced garlic, [Music] a little lemon zest, 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Drop the guts into the yogurt. Chop 1 tbsp of dill. Then 1 tbsp of mint. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Mix it really well. And now you have a creamy, thick, delicious sadiki sauce ready to eat.

    And no lemmon zest.
    So whatever you produce here, don't call it Greek Tsatziki

  4. As a Greek person, no need for lemon zest, or mint. But you do need a lot more garlic…like 1.5 tablespoons and a spoon of vinegar

  5. Jummy but not tsatziki greek style. This is Syrian or Arabic style. Try them both. When using mynth i make the cucumber in very small cubes with or without the peal depending on the taste and thicknes of the shell. Best reguards from sweden
