The first three are from a tasting menu in Lugano, Switzerland. The fourth is scallops wrapped in caul fat in Lyon, France. Pics five to eight are from a tasting menu in Rome, Italy and the last and one of the best is a bouillabaisse in Malta.

    In many places around the Mediterranean you can choose appetizer plates. It’s a lot of fun to select some plates from a big tray full of delicious appetizers. I mean tapas in Spain and meze in Greece for example
