This should be called twice vomit alla bean.

This sub is proof that teaching basic cooking/meal preparation skills in schools is actually a net benefit for society haha

I take it you live alone?

If not, I feel bad for whoever lives with you.

I question the raw garlic. But I can see this bussin. Everything but the beans is basically a tuna sandwich. The beans for texture would make this one of those weird craving combos.

that’s what we do here…no parsley, no pea greens, just calories

You know what, i’m going to try that tonight.

You need to meet up with the guy who eats mussels, beans, and blackberries out of the same bowl

  8. If the beans were edamame, this would be kinda close to poor man’s poke bowl. Microplane the garlic, serve it over sticky rice, top with scallions, and I bet most people would eat it.

Raw garlic is the only thing that could have saved this.

i regularly do the slightly more sophisticated version of this, tuna mayo on a baked potato with kidney beans 🙂‍↕️🤌 can confirm, v tasty

Hell I thought this was oatmeal with banana chips and chocolate covered raisins until I looked closer and read the caption…

I know lots of people enjoy and it and it’s a relatively normal food, but canned tuna disgusts me more than any other food on the planet for some reason.

  13. I mean it is actually healthy so if you like it then no one can say anything.

I mean, not a terrible combo of stuff, but whole raw garlic is a little wild haha. I would use some pickled garlic or onions.

genuine question: what makes this “shlop” and not just regular slop? what sites the “h” signify in this scenario?

0/10 wouldn’t eat at all, sorry but just sayin, unless I need an alternative to induced diarrhea, honey

  17. It’s just tuna salad with beans and a sriracha mayo. But it looks fucking disgusting.

“Dumped a bunch of canned stuff together and boom, healthy”. My lord, this is troubling.

Honestly, sounds pretty healthy. My own personal taste, I would probably swap the raw garlic for some raw chopped onion and/or celery, this is basically tuna salad with some beans and siracha added.

Side note, that is a very pretty bowl!
