What you need:
Roasted tomatoes:
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
Salt, pepper, oregano, extra virgin olive oil Roast at 400 F for 20-25 minutes

Whipped feta:
8oz of feta that’s in brine
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 of a lemon juiced
Black pepper
1 tosp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
The roasted clove of garlic

You can double this recipe for a larger serving!

whipped feta with roasted tomatoes is one of my favorite apps to have in the summer and it’s so easy to make you start by roasting your tomatoes with a clove of garlic some salt pepper oregano and olive oil then add some feta that’s in brine to a food processor with Greek yogurt lemon zest lemon juice some honey extra virgin olive oil pepper and then that clove of garlic that was roasting with the tomatoes then blend until smooth if you want it creamier just add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt at a time now it’s just time to plate make sure to add the juices that are left over in the pan on top along with some fresh basil here it is at the end the full details will be right now in the caption

    2 tablespoons of green bell pepper finely chopped.

    Β½ teaspoon of garlic, finely chopped.
