    I know that chocolate and salt can be a very good combo but the seafood taste of caviar is a bit of a clash.

    Always ask yourself: if you saw this just lying somewhere, would you recognize it as food/edible? I sure wouldn’t.

    I’d definitely try it, although it doesn’t sound great. But some of the things I thought would be terrible have turned out to be amazing.

    Big question, is it actually caviar from a fish? Or is it that “caviar” stuff they’ve been making with fruit juices, etc?
