Decided to make these beans last minute, they were delicious.
Sautee 1 onion, 1/2 a bell pepper, a whole bunch of cilantro, half a lime, and 2-3 packs of Sazon seasoning and salt. Then add three cans of beans (I did 2 black and 1 kidney), and pour it into a container like in the pic on top of some chorizo sausages and let it sit under a smoking hunk of meat for a few hours. Hands down the best thing I made this weekend.

That side alone is enough for a meal. Gonna have to try this.
