I got a co-workers son to 3D print me a McRib press. Made these up and they did not dissapoint. Smoked them woth some Hickory chunks, then turned up the heat to get some crisp on the meat and then into a BBQ sauce bath to coat them. I am going to press a couple of dozen of these and freeze. Famn good sandwich.
