if you’re looking for the perfect chicken to serve this summer this is it it’s citrusy garlicky and packed with fresh herbs come along and I’ll share with you how I make mine very simple basic ingredients you’re going to have oranges lemons a little bit of dill a little bit of cilantro and a lot of garlic i use an entire head take the back of your knife just crush the garlic to release its aroma over here I have three skinless chicken bottoms chicken thighs and drumsticks i’m going to be seasoning it with some salt and lemon pepper just like that take your lemons and oranges squeeze them and drop them in [Music] add in your dill the cilantro the smashed up garlic finish everything off with a drizzle of avocado oil any neutral oil will do massage everything in tuck the wedges of citrus on the bottom or on the sides to make it look nice and pretty now let that marinate for about 2 hours or even overnight and then we’re going to be baking them mine’s going to be incredible how incredible does this chicken look and it’s not even cooked yet now that it’s marinated overnight I’m going to cover it up and bake it in a 400° oven for an hour and a half [Music] after an hour and a half of it cooking in the oven we’re going to take some honey drizzle that all over to balance out the acidity and then place it back into the oven and cover it but first baste it with all of its juices to marry all the flavors [Music] it’s juicy flavorful and tastes like summer in every bite

  3. I sorry, but I dislike how you always say everything is “perfect.” Not only is food not perfect, but no one is capable of doing anything perfect.

  5. That looks so fresh and colorful. I like the idea of the citrus with the garlic and
herbs. Sounds like it would be for summer and possibly just about anytime.
I also like the way the recipe comes together quickly. One question. Could the chicken be grilled just before it is placed into the oven to give a light and natural smokey taste ? Thank you, Sonya
