Our Sunday feast: grilled chicken marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and a warm spice mix (turmeric, cumin, coriander, Aleppo pepper, and cinnamon). On the side: smoky grilled eggplant salad with bell pepper, garlic, lemon, and olive oil; crisp cabbage salad with tomatoes, lemon juice, mint, and olive oil; a scoop of farro for a whole grain; and a spoonfulof muhammara to tie it all together (roasted bell peppers, walnuts and pomegranate molasses).
