If anyone was curious, he finished the entire thing and described it as “alright” tasting. I declined an offer to taste for…potentially obvious reasons.

As a pastry school graduate, I’d guess maybe some sort of chocolate mousse or frosting with add-ins? Though you typically don’t add stuff into either of those in my experience. The yellow stuff just looks like ice cream.
The brown stuff could also be some sort of half-baked brownie batter? Or just squished up brownies? But those are my best guesses
