  5. That looks perfect! What internal temp did you take it to before the sear? What oven temp did you use to get it there?

    “Few Do at This Point”… go for the Trifecta and DRY BRINE/ DRY RUB, and Butter 🧈 Sear in Pan Stovetop to Finish till Crust. * EAT WHILE SITTING REQUIRED *
