Ingredients:
200g Unsalted butter
180g Egg whites
150g Sugar
1g Salt
25g Honey
3g Vanilla extract
80g Almond powder
80g All-purpose flour
15g Dried coconut (plus extra for topping)
20g Dried cranberries
50g Cream cheese (softened)
Directions to follow:
1.Soak Cranberries: Place dried cranberries in warm water and let them soak for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Make Browned Butter: Melt butter over medium heat until golden brown and nutty. Strain and cool.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk egg whites until frothy, then mix in sugar, honey, and vanilla.
4. Add Browned Butter: Gradually whisk the cooled browned butter into the egg mixture.
5. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Sift in almond powder, flour, salt. Mix until smooth.
6.Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease financier molds and fill ¾ full. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
7.Add Toppings: Place a small dollop of softened cream cheese and a few soaked cranberries on each financier.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly before unmolding. Enjoy!

[Music] welcome back to my Channel today we are making four flavor brown butter mini cakes also called the financiers these are ultimate bite size Indulgence with a crispy Edge a tender almond interior and a fruity creamy topping they are sure to impress let’s start baking so first soak the dried cranberries in warm water for around 10 minutes to plump them up this will enhance their natur sweetness next preheat your oven to 180° C and grease your financier mold next in a mixing bowl add 180 g of egg whites 150 g of sugar 25 G of honey and around 1 tbsp of vanilla Essence whisk until smooth and well [Music] combined now slowly pour in the cooled brown butter whisk it well for a rich velvety texture now add 80 g of allpurpose flour 80 g of almond flour and around 1 G of salt [Music] gently fold the dry ingredients into the batter until they are fully Incorporated Now drain the soaked cranberries and set them [Music] aside now fill each one with 3/4 full with better [Music] finally it’s time to add the toppings of your choice I am adding dried shredded coconut chocolate chips place a few soaked cranberries on top and a small drop of softened cream cheese onto your [Music] financier bake them at 180° C for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and slightly doomed let them cool slightly before removing them from the [Music] molds enjoy these delicate treats with your favorite coffee or tea try them at home and let us know how how they turn out if you like watching my video do give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel I’ll see you in the next video Until Then byebye and happy baking [Music]
