man rahim asalam alaikum welcome to Nur’s kitchen connection i hope you all are fine and doing good today I have brought a very delicious and traditional dish and that is of kofta or meatballs this is so yummy and tasty that you people will definitely love it if you try it so if you like this recipe uh do try it and like the video share it with your friends and family so they can also enjoy this delicious kofa recipe by N Kitchen Connection and those who are new to the channel I suggest them to subscribe the channel because I’ll be uploading off and on delicious and tempting recipes on this channel and those who have recently joined the channel I welcome you all and I thank you all for subscribing the channel so keep sharing the videos keep liking it and keep subscribing the channel so that I keep on posting delicious and yummy recipes for you all so let’s start making it first of all in a pan as usual we’ll start up the oil and add some onion to it these are two to three normal size onions cut it into normal shape we’ll turn it into golden brown meanwhile the onion is being done we have to take the blender add onions to it cut it into two halves and now we’ll add the spices 1 tsp of red chili powder 1 tsp of coriander powder 1 tsp of salt or you can add salt according to your taste and then blend all these spices along with the onions like this once the onions are nicely done now we’ll be adding the minced meat that I have nicely washed and drained like this this is 1 tbsp of gingergarlic paste add the remaining minced meat to it and we’ll add some fresh coriander and then blend again so that all these things are nicely mixed and amalgamated after that we’ll make meatballs with it and start frying them like this uh and these are the remaining balls we will be frying it further don’t overcrowd them because they’ll there’s a danger of being broken but they once they are have a space just tilt the pan side to side and once all these are done we’ll take it out in a plate and in the same pan we will be making the gravy for it and now we’ll add a little bit amount of oil the onions that we have fried have shifted to the blender and add the tomatoes to it blend it well and so the paste is nicely formed once it is done now these are the spices that we’ll be adding to the gravy so 1 and 1/2 tbsp of gingergarlic paste we’ll let it uh soften because it is frozen now we’ll add 1 tsp of turmeric powder 1 tsp of cumin seeds 1 tsp of red chili powder the the tomato and um onion paste that we’ve blended that we’ll add and we’ll mix all these together like this so once all these are mixed nicely well now we’ll be adding the 1 teaspoon of salt or you can add salt according to your taste these are two packets of yogurt beat them well and add it to the gravy like this this will add a great taste and texture to the gravy once all the yogurt is nicely added to the gravy we will be mixing it well of course so now we’ll let it simmer for a little bit time and once it is nicely simmerred we will be adding the meatballs or koft that we’ve set aside in the plate so here go our meatballs or kofa into the gravy that we’ve prepared and let it tilt the and create their own space don’t spoon it because they will damage its shape now let it cover for a few minutes and simmer it let it simmer for 15 20 minutes and look I’ve added a little bit amount of water also the water is totally dependent the consistency of gravy that you like you add to it i haven’t added much water it is half to one cup now look the oil has started coming up now we will start garnishing it with some coriander leaves as usual if you’ve got some green chilies you can add to it that is totally optional and we’ll let it uh there for 5 minutes at low heat and that’s it our delicious kofa curry is ready look at the yummy the thick granular gravy that has been prepared and now we will dish it out look at the gravy it is so tempting so delicious and really really yummy so do try this recipe try this delicious meatball recipe with the naan chapati or you can have it with white rice serve it with fresh salad and do mention in the comment section if you tried this recipe and if you like the video don’t forget to like it and share it with your friends and family see you in another good and tempting recipe till then take good care of yourselves and your loved ones allah hop
