[Music] hey welcome to Cook in the Kitchen with Drew special Fourth of July episode today so today we’re doing some lettuce some turkey club wraps on romaine lettuce nice healthy alternative to using bread so what we’ve got is full lengths of romaine a full leaf of romaine lettuce i cut the spine out as you can see so it makes it a little easier to roll i’ve already laid out turkey pastrami crumbled up some turkey bacon in there add any kind of veggies you want i’m using peppers uh bell peppers chopped bell peppers some green onions some red onions we’ve got a little bit of relish here this is a nice zucchini relish came from a farmers market so anything you want what you want to do though is you want to make sure you put all the ingredients in a pile because what you’re going to be doing after that is wrapping over those ingredients little bit of arugula here to add some little bit of peppery flavor to it and then all we’re going to do is literally just roll it up so once you get done rolling it to keep it in place all I do is add a toothpick or something it’ll hold it in place it’s a little bit messy eating but a nice healthy alternative to using bread for a sandwich this is Drew with Dr gold’s Optimal Living Institute live optimally and empower your health happy 4th of July everybody [Music]
