FSWY overnight white bread.

Not the best shaping but I love how the ear developed here. Dough was not cut to make that ear! It developed naturally from placing the dough in proofing baskets seam down and then inverting to bake! This subreddit has to many "fancy" scoring attempts IMHO.

    Your bread looks great! It looks like the Italian ciabatta bread that I make. All those holes make it delicious when you toast it, it’s so crunchy.

    The loaf looks lovely. 0.8g yeast for 1kg of flour seems like very less, though I am a novice at such things, having only baked a few simple breads.
