2 cups of plain skyr, granola and some berries. Roughly 400 calories and 40g protein.

    A smaller portion of this is my daily breakfast. 3/4 cup of Skyr (18g protein), granola, with 50g of berries mixed in and a small apple on the side. Roughly 300kcal and 22g of protein.

    I’m usually hungry about 4 hours later. Yours sounds more filling.
