Welcome back to NY Muse Kitchen!

This week, I’m making Koulourakia — traditional Greek Easter cookies.

These buttery cookies are usually made during Holy Week.

Fun fact: the twisted shapes are said to represent infinity or eternal life — a perfect symbol for the Easter season.

They’re lightly sweet, have a hint of vanilla, and are so good with coffee.
