DIY fancy olives!! 🫒 Welcome to my ‘SO easy its not a recipe’ series #1 … Do you love buying those expensive marinated beauties from the olive bar?! Give these a shot next time instead!
Ingredients:
1 can castelvetrano olives
2-3 peels lemon zest
1-2 sprigs rosemary
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Into a mason jar add green olives. Wedge lemon peel + rosemary into olives. Juice 1 lemon over top. Add olive oil. Put lid on jar and invert a few times.
Let olives marinate for a couple hours and then serve! Good for up to 2-3 days but they won’t last that long. And save that delicious lemon oil for a DIY salad dressing!
