Hey friends, in this video I’m sharing my absolute favorite no-cook meal for the summer of 2025!❤️✨ This flavorful Greek-style Tuna Salad with Roasted Red Peppers, Capers and Feta is easy to make and so delicious. It’s also one meal I’ve been eating on repeat since March, I’m still loving it! This is a scrumptious no-cook recipe, perfect for lunch or dinner on a warm summer day. This colorful tuna salad is dressed with a light, flavorful lemon vinaigrette, it’s such a refreshing change from mayo-based tuna salads (although I love those too!!). I most often enjoy this salad as a low carb main served on a bed of lettuce with an extra drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. However, it’s great served with crackers or with bread as a sandwich too. This recipe make 3 (1 cup) servings or 4 (1/2 cup) servings, double the recipe if you need more.

[Music] Hey everyone, Marcel here. Welcome back to my kitchen you guys. Today I have a fantastic no cook recipe for you. I’m going to show you how to make this flavorful, fresh, super easy Greekstyle tuna salad with an easy lemon vinegrett. Okay, as much as I love my mayo based tuna salads, what this is a uh a light, fresh, flavorful tuna salad option, and I just know you’ll love it, too. It is absolutely one of my favorites so far this summer as far as far as a no cook meal goes. This one is really tough to beat. It is super flavorful, super easy to make, and it’s actually really healthy and light as well. So, all right, guys. six ingredients for the tuna salad and then we’re going to need need another three pantry staple ingredients for an easy homemade lemon vinegrett. So, all right, let’s get started. All righty, y’all. So, got the gang all together here to make this delicious tuna salad today. So, start off talking with our star of the show here. Now, in this big bowl, I have a 12 oz can of tuna packed in water. Obviously, came out of this can. It’s in there. And to that, we’re going to be adding some roasted bell peppers. This is the brand I have today. I did, you know, put them on a cutting board, chop them up just a little bit. Got some diced red onion here. Some finely diced cucumber, some capers. I love capers, guys. And then some feta cheese is on deck here as well. We’re definitely going to be topping this delicious Greek style tuna salad off with some feta cheese. So, these are going to be the ingredients for the salad. But the first thing we’re going to do is prepare our lemon vinegrett. Okay, super simple. We need some olive oil, some prepared Greek seasoning. I have shared this recipe before, um, my homemade Greek seasoning, which I desperately need to replenish here. And so, I will link that down below. Or, of course, you can buy a prepared Greek seasoning. If you don’t want to do all that, guys, just put in, you know, a little half teaspoon of oregano and some salt and pepper into this. All right. Lemon juice. I don’t have fresh lemons on hand, so I’m using the next best thing. All right, I will give you the exact measurements as we put this together. So, first things first, let’s get this vinegrett rocking and rolling here. [Music] Okay, guys. Here’s our easy Greekstyle lemon vinegrett. So, I’m just going to let this sit while we put the rest of the tuna salad together. All right, guys. Everything in. Here’s our capers. our roasted bell peppers, our fresh crunchy cucumbers, and some like zesty red onion, you guys. All right, just going to toss this around till it’s well mixed. All right, guys. So, here’s our gorgeous fresh Greekstyle tuna salad. Now, I’m just going to go ahead and dress the salad just a little bit with a little pinch of salt and pepper. And then, we’re going to top it with our our delicious lemon Greekstyle vinegrett here. Okay. Give it a little another little little stiry there. All right. And then just right over the top. All right. Let’s give this just a gentle little toss around. Get that that just gorgeous smelling lemon dressing, you know, evenly tossed around. And that’s it. We are done. Okay. And just give me just a second and then I’m going to show you how I like to plate this up. Um, be right back. Okay, y’all. So, I’m going to go ahead and show you how I plate this up because as usual, I’m filming to eat. So, we’re going to make my lunch. So, here I have some fresh romaine lettuce, and I’m guesstimating about two cups of lettuce, guys. Okay, just a rough little estimate there. All right, and so for the delicious Greekstyle tuna salad, I have portioned out one cup from the big bowl. And by the way, this recipe will make three one cup servings or four half cup servings, you know, depending on what your needs are. So, if you need more than that, you know, go ahead and double the recipe. So, all right. So, I’ve got my beautiful tuna salad here. I’m just going to plop it in the middle. Or if you want to plop it in the side, you know, whatever works for you. I’m just going to go ahead and get this ready to go. I think it’s all there. All right. So, there you have it. Now, sometimes I do put an extra little, you know, dash of salt and pepper. Sometimes I go around again with the olive oil and the lemon juice. Um, but definitely we’re going to be topping this with some feta cheese. Okay, so for our final ingredient, final step here, taking a generous tablespoon of our delicious feta cheese and we’re going to crumble it right over the top. Now, I love feta cheese, guys. So, we’re not skipping it. Of course, if you’re not a fan, then you know, don’t add it. That’s all you got to do you. There we have it. This delicious, light, flavorful Greek tuna salad is ready to serve. [Music] Okay, guys. Well, that is it for this recipe. It is so easy, so fresh, so delicious. I hope you guys love this one as much as I’ve been loving it this summer. Um, if you’re like me, you’re always on the lookout for that that one no cook recipe that you can just make on repeat when it gets really really hot outside. And it’s definitely been this one for me this year. Anyway guys, I hope you love it. Come back and let me know if you give it a try. Let me know how you change it up to suit your taste. I always love getting those comments and I hear how you’ve made these recipes your own. So, all right guys, stay cool out there. I will see you really, really soon in another brand new video. Take care, y’all. [Music]
