HIGH PROTEIN, low calorie ranch chicken snack wraps 🍗🌯🤤

Chicken marinade (8 tenders) ⬇️
1.5 lb chicken breast tenders
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Wet mixture ⬇️
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
10-12 ounces club soda

Dry mixture (8 tenders) ⬇️
64g ranch Quest chips
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder

➡️ air fryer 375 degrees, 12-16 minutes

Assembly ⬇️
1 chicken tender (~3 ounces)
Low carb tortilla
14g reduced fat Colby jack
1 tbsp lite ranch shredded lettuce

Chicken snack wraps are back, but you can make a high protein version that’s way better. Each one of these ranch chicken snack wraps has over 30 grams of protein, and they taste incredible. To make them, we’re going to start out with flour, baking powder, and we’re going to crush up some Quest protein chips. Mix that all together, and then that’ll be our dry mixture. Set that aside, and then once again, we’re going to start out with flour, spices, and then we’re going to add some club soda. Thoroughly mix that together, and then that’ll be our wet mixture. Then we’re going to take seasoned chicken breast tenders and then coat them in the wet, and then coat them in the dry. Then we’re simply going to toss these into the air fryer.
