New Brunswick Lobster Rolls

I recently went home to NB and tried lobster rolls at 4 different places:

1. Top left: Ossie’s Lunch in Bethel – fantastic!

2. Not show: I didn’t take a photo apparently because it really wasn’t great. Kennedy House in
   St. Andrew’s.

3. Top right: Quai de Cuisine de Rue, Petit Rocher – my favourite!

4. Bottom left: Cantine du Quai, Grande-Anse – very good, but not as good as the 1 and 3.
