From cold starters like the Ceviche Corvina with mango and coconut milk, the bluefin tuna tartar with trout caviar, or the foie gras ingot with liquid nougat, up to salads with goat cheese o Prawns seasoned with mango and curry.

To share, tapas are the stars: bravo with the Vidafina seal, Homemade ham or oxtail croquettes, mini you burguesas with cloud bread and special sauce, duck bao bread with caramelized onion, candied artichokes with foie and Iberian ham, or the squids at “Andaluza” style with tartar sauce.
