1 bulb fennel, washed and sliced into thin strips
1 orange, peeled and sliced into thin half moons
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Welcome to Part 1 of our Epic Salads Series for people who say they “don’t like salads” This one couldn’t be easier and it’s ready in less than 5 mins It’s sooo refreshing with crispy fennel and juicy orange I like to slice both into nice thin strips That way the flavours blend together and you don’t end up with extra chunky bits The seasoning is just olive oil salt and black pepper And if you have a real juicy orange, try to get as much of that juice in there as you can Then if you like you can garnish with some leafy green fennel tops and an extra crack of black pepper PRO TIP PRO TIP
